Located along the Hillsborough River. The Lowry Park pier / dock runs parallel with the shoreline for about 165 feet.
Lowry Park offers; Numerous large and small picnic pavilions ( reservable ), bbq grills, 3 playgrounds, well maintained walking paths and multiple restrooms around the park.
A boat ramp is on site also.
Picnic Island Park Fishing Pier

The Picnic Island fishing pier is 200' out over the southern waters of Old Tampa Bay. The pier has a platform on the end measuring 45' x 20'.
The amenities include; fish cleaning table, numerous picnic pavilions of all sizes, which are located deeper within the park, bbq grills, playgrounds, beautiful scenic vistas and restrooms.
A boat ramp is on site also.
