The fishing pier at Alpine Groves Park is about 240 feet in length over the waters of the St Johns River. The end of the pier has a shaded area over the entire 30 feet of the "T" end. Alpine Groves has a nicely shaded playground area for the kids, reservable picnic pavilion, 2 restroom locations with the one adjacent to the playground. A "primitive" kayak launch is on the left hand side of the pier approach.

Please be sure to have your Florida fishing license available. Always best to have your combo license good for fresh and saltwater.
