The Garnier's Park boat ramp is on Choctawhatchee Bay and is operated by the City of Ft Walton Beach. No designated parking for vehicles with trailers, but park has paved parking lot. Bathroom facilities, covered picnic area, and playground available.
Sign states closes 7:30 PM winter, 8:30 PM in June, July, August.

Joes Bayou Recreation Area boat ramp offers; 5 launching lanes, courtesy docks, 75-100 boat trailer parking spaces, no overnight boat trailer parking at this location, small picnic area, boat wash down stations and restrooms. The launch fee collection is very organized especially on weekends here. When no attendant is available, be SURE to use honor box system ( up near restrooms ), tickets are written often. The unloading area for hand launch is to the left of the restrooms, 10 minute limit.

Located on Boggy Bayou on the northern end of Choctawhatchee Bay, the Lion's Park boat ramp is operated by The City Niceville and offers; 2 launching lanes, large floating courtesy dock, 10-12 boat trailer parking spaces near ramp, parking along Byrnes Road across the street from the ramp, beautiful small covered picnic shelters on a nicely manicured lawn and restrooms.

The Mary Esther Dock boat ramp along Boggy Bayou offers; single lane ramp ( very slippery ), non-floating courtesy dock / pier, trash receptacles and parking for about 5-6 boat trailers. Truly used mostly as a hand launch location. Pier / courtesy dock was in VERY POOR shape when visited 07-2022.
