The Dahlgren Wayside Park is along the Potomac River at the western end of the Harry W. Nice Memorial Bridge. The park offers hand launching, picnic tables and a sandy beach area, shoreline fishing. It is about a 100' portage to the water from the drop-off area. Enjoy the expansive views of the Potomac and the wildlife here. Portable toilets.
