Fort Washington Marina boat ramp along the Piscataway Creek, just off the Potomac River offers; 2 launching lanes, courtesy dock, parking for 10+/- boat trailers. Restrooms are available.
A small fee of $10 to launch from trailer, kayaks and canoes are $5.

Jacksons Landing Boat Ramp
Closest intersection is;
   Mount Calvert Road & McClure Road
   Upper Marlboro, MD 20772
Go 1 mile on McClure Road from above intersection to the ramp area. McClure Road "ends" in a loop, a smaller access road comes off this loop and goes down closer to the ramp area.

Open daily, 8:00 a.m to sunset

Jacksons Landing small boat ramp along the Patuxet River is offers; 1 launching lane, courtesy dock, parking for 12 boat trailers at the ramp area, more parking is available at the top end. Restrooms are available.
A small fishing pier is also available.

McGruders Landing Boat Ramp ~ Clyde Watson Boating Area

   Magruders Ferry Road & Croom Road
   Brandywine, MD 20613
Go 1.2 miles on Magruders Ferry Road from above intersection, access road to ramp wil be on the right.

McGruders Landing boat ramp along the Patuxet River offers; 1 launching lane, courtesy dock, parking for 15 boat trailers & restrooms.
A special use permit is required for all vehicles towing trailers. Permits are available on an annual or daily basis. - Permits can be purchased at the Visitors Center (Jug Bay Natural Area). Call 301-627-6074. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once lots are filled, access will be denied until space becomes available. No overnight use permitted.
Personal watercraft (PWC) are only permitted to launch at Clyde Watson Boating Area (CWBA)

National Colonial Farm Hand Launch

The National Colonial Farm hand launch area along the Potomac River offers; Dedicated modern hand launch from pier area, parking & restrooms.
It is about a 600' portage to the launch from the parking area.

Piscataway Park - Farmington Landing Hand Launch
Closest intersection is;
   Farmington Road West & Wharf Road
   Accokeek, MD 20607
Go 6/10ths mile on Wharf Road from above intersection to the ramp area.

The Piscataway Park Farmington Landing hand launch area along the Patuxet Creek offers; soft launch area, parking for 20+ & trash cans. No restrooms at this location.

Selbys Landing Boat Ramp
Closest intersection is;
   Croom Airport Road & Duvall Road
   Upper Marlboro, MD 20772
Go 2.5 miles on Croom Airport Road from above intersection to the ramp area. Road does wind around a bit, don't get too frustrated.

Open daily, 8:00 a.m to sunset

Selbys Landing small boat ramp along the Patuxet River offers; 1 launching lane, courtesy dock, parking for 20+ boat trailers & restrooms are available.
Fishing is allowed from the dock on weekdays and non-holidays, please respect boaters.
