The area offers; beach, camping, charcoal grills, fishing, 2 reservable picnic groves, playground, restrooms and/or portable facilities, shower rooms, seasonal snack/concession stand, sun bathing area & netted swimming area.

Lower Marlboro fishing pier along the upper stretches of the Patuxtent River is about 40' out over the water. The fishing deck measures about 20' x 30'. Parking for about 3 cars, no restrooms at this location.
North Beach

North Beach fishing pier is about 460' out over the Chesapeake Bay. No fish cleaning on pier. Fishing on the "lower area" will be closed when there is a scheduled event on the pier. Fishing closes at 7pm when there is a movie on the beach. Restrooms are available behind the Wecome Center.
Solomons Island

The Solomons Island fishing / crabbing pier located along the Patuxent River offers; About 700' of fishable linear feet over the water ( pier has multiple "tongues" off main pier ), restrooms (available April 1st through November 1st).
A portion off of the pier is used for boat docking, please give way to the boats if fishing this area, this area is not part of the 700'.
A boat ramp is also at the same complex.
