The Melton Nelson boat ramp along Lofton Creek offers: Single concrete launching lane, fixed courtesy docks, parking for 25-30 boat trailers, single picnic table and restrooms.
It is about a 15 mile ride down Lofton Creek to meet up with the Nassau River from here. Melton Nelson is an easy place to launch your kayak and head either north or south and explore the creek.
