Ingredients

2 dozen oysters, shucked, liquor reserved
8 Tbsp butter, melted
2 cups of Ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
A few dashes of Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. Half and Half

Preheat oven to 325°.

Mix the melted butter and the cracker crumbs. Line the bottom of a buttered 9" pie plate with 1/3 of the crumbs.

Place the 1/2 of the oysters on top of the crumbs. Season them with sea salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and 2 Tbsp of the reserved liquor, and 2 Tbsp of the Half and Half. Repeat the layer again.

Cover the top with the remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
