Boat Ramp Fees and Permits: Baltimore County does not charge a fee or require a permit to use the Chesapeake Bay access ramps at any of its parks. However, boaters using the ramp at Rocky Point Park from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day are charged a trailer parking fee and individuals with kayaks, canoes and jet skis are charged the individual admission rate.
