Blind Pass Park on Manasota Key encompasses 66 acres spanning from the Gulf to Lemon Bay. The park has 2900 feet of beach frontage for swimming ( NO lifeguards ), sunbathing or surf fishing on the Gulf of Mexico. Restrooms and a fairly large picnic shelter are available at the park as well. The Bay side of the park offer a boat launch into Lemon Bay, boat dock/ fishing dock, shoreline fishing oportunities, walking trails and parking. Launch your kayak into Lemon Bay and enjoy a relaxing time paddling and fishing ~ dinner or lunch could be a cast away.

Brohard Beach Park encompasses 84 acres, 4800 feet of Gulf beach frontage and offers; swimming ( No Lifeguards ), sunbathing, surf fishing, picnicking, restrooms, wildlife viewing and the
Venice fishing pier nearby.

Caspersen Beach is 177 acres in size offering 9100 feet of beach frontage for swimming ( NO Lifeguards ), sunbathing, shelling and surf fishing. An 1100 foot boardwalk offer easy walking to enjoy the beautiful natural hammock areas. A picnic area and restrooms are also available.

Turtle Beach Park

Turtle Beach is 17 acre park with a ½ mile of beach frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Swim and sunbath or cast a line into the surf. Restrooms are available as are picnic areas and reservable pavilions with some grills too. A playground for the children is also on site. The park also offers 2 seperate boat ramps that provide access to the Intracoastal for a variety of water activities like fishing, site seeing, birding, kayaking and canoeing. Kayakers can easily go out from Blind Pass and paddle around the Bird Keys and Little Sarasota Bay areas from this location.
